VERY shady business practice! I would say to read the fine print before making a reservation, but there is no fine print to read until you're at the desk ready to get your car! $500 security deposit, and $1,000 deposit if you decline their rental insurance! $20 for an umbrella coverage for tolls (+ whatever tolls you incur) OR if you decide you don't want to pay for their toll coverage plan, you have to pay $10 for EVERY toll you go through, plus the cost of the toll!! And, again, you learn this info AFTER you've made the reservation...extortion at its finest!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

If negative stars were possible I would give this place a negative 5. We reserved an economy car through Expedia, paid for it online and went to pick it up at the place. The fees they required me to pay on site were twice what we paid for the car, a mandatory insurance, mandatory theft insurance (the other insurance is not good enough?) can't use your personal insurance either. Then a $20 fee for the sun pass and if you didn't want it a fee of $10 will apply. The guy who helped us had no idea how to use a computer. The fine print were ridiculous, the guy is telling me it's unlimited miles but he also want me to put my initials on a fine print that specifically says 300 miles per day max and I believe a dollar for every extra mile over that, his answer for that was "don't worry about it, just put your initials". There is also a $500 deposit on a credit card, can't use debit card, cash, or discover card. We ended up canceling that $60/day yaris.

Waited a good two hours. Could of walked to our destination quicker. They charge $10.00 per toll if you opt out of SunPass. Idiots.

When picking up my car, I waited about five hours until I actually drove out with the car. We booked everything online through Economy Bookings and was not told about an under 25 fee until we got there. Since this was going to be a long rental, this added up a lot. The woman behind the desk decided to help other people before we solved my issue. Thus, we sat around and waited for four hours. She kept telling us "just a second" but we spent our entire day there. We sent over insurance information later and got it figured out and got the fee reduced a great deal which was good. Look over the contracts and everything very carefully to make sure you are only paying for things that you want. It may seem like you have to pay a ton of extra things but you may be able to opt out of them. She tried to get me to pay for a sunpass and said there wasn't a way to leave the area without hitting a toll (there is a way to avoid a toll actually). Take pictures of all of the documents for the booking and save them, and bring them with you when you pick up the car and drop them off. I opted out of buying the sun pass and accidentally hit a couple of rolls during my rental period. I was fine paying them since she told me what would happen if I opted out of the sunpass and hit a toll (if you don't get a sunpass you have to pay 10$ for each toll you hit which I think is a rip off but whatever). If this happens to you look very carefully at the charges because she'll print them out and let you look at them. She told me I had 20 tolls and when I looked at the list, 18/20 of the toll charges were from before I had even picked up the car (this is why you bring the original contract with you when you drop off the car). We told her it was wrong and she only charged me for the tolls I actually went through, after telling me I had attitude and was being unnecessarily mad. 

All in all, everything worked out okay in the end but the service was absolutely awful. A lot of time waiting and a lot of frustration while dealing with the woman across the counter. She was also rather rude and wasn't answering our questions clearly and didn't seem to speak very good English. I'll never come back here. If you do rent from here just be very cautious of everything and read over every bit of fine print and take pictures of things for your records

Location is easy to find unless you are the usual naive traveller. They offer shuttle to your right terminal. Car we were provided was really above booked category. Very well kept. Nice surprise. End of Pros...

We return sharply after four days and the location was... totally shutdown at 2 PM!!! No email or phone alert sent to my attention in advance, no external safe dropbox for leaving keys, at least. All three numbers on plates w/o answer. We enter one of the small rental companies aside them and by chance they offered to checkout, but with a just a debriefing paper of theirs in your hands as a receipt. Weird, frightening, disorganized scenario I could hardly image to face! Overall a very risky situation we had to accept, as our international flight back was incumbent. I would discourage, overall. 
BTW the guys aside is not that empathetic but at least he has a fantastic black Ferrari 456... I'll think about it next time.
