(Concord, NH office) Don't bother reserving a car. Once you get there they don't have a car. Don't bother calling directly to book either. Once you get there they won't have a car. Don't expect them to actually pick you up either. They'll call 15 minutes after they were supposed to be there to tell you they don't have a car. Don't bother asking for a specific type of vehicle, once you get there... Well you get the idea.

Cost my 537. To rent a car for a week.  You would think we were making payments for the full amount of the cats cost. Way to much but it was a need.

Amanda and staff were awesome. I really appreciate the quick and efficient way I was in and out. If I had any questions they were very knowledgeable. I would consider a longer term rental if your prices were comparable to Budget Rent a car. Thank you.

Amazing to deal with. Offered to pick me up which made things so much easier. Service was top notch and friendly, car was spotless and they all were just great to deal with.and I got my deposit refunded right to my debit card the next day
