Got very good service both at pick up and when i returned the car in a different terminal. If you have a dent or small scratch, they will not charge anything unless it goes beyond certain boundaries they use a template. Got a brand new car, but some features didn't work so they offered me a free upgrade voucher when I reported the issue.

Very bad service, unprofessional and on top dishonest. They did charge me extra with out giving me the proof of wrong doing. For my fellow Americans, they use you jet lag so you cannot check the car, and then charge you extra when you come to give the car back. National is good in the US, not in France. A place to avoid if you have to use them, please take the time to take picture all around, but even if this case,  do not think they would behave professionally. When we dropped it off, it took several minutes to get somebody's attention, and they completely ignored my attempt to report these problems.

Very positive experience in Terminal 1. Car was clean and ran well. Back up camera didn’t work, but other than that was a very pleasant experience.
