I went to two other enterprises. Had a reservation for that day and no one had the vehicle type that I reserved the people were rude. One manage told me it not her fault that I'm picky. I needed a truck or a full size SUV didn't think that was being picky. Went to this location and the people were awesome and the manager will do anything he can to make a bad experience to something great.

Honestly,  I had a pretty bad experience with not one,  but TWO cars while driving out of state. Every Enterprise representative I spoke with whether in person or over the phone was eager to help and did so speedily.  I decided to fly back home instead and they waved the drop fee without any issues. I have been renting from them for many years and I plan to continue.

Getting the rental was very smooth even helped me out since my last rental with enterprise was very unsatisfactory and the location that I rented from still hasn't fixed the problem that I had, told me they'd refund me money and that it'd be in my account months later still no refund, informed this location the problems that I had and upgraded me, I was very happy until I got a phone call with a very high bill I was very upset at first and went and explained the situation to Dea and said they have had some similar issues (the person who rented me the vehicle added the expensive insurance meanwhile I have full coverage insurance personally)and said he'd call in a few days to let me know when to come in to change vehicles to a smaller one to stay within my budget and never got a phone call, anyways she immediately fixed the problem and explained to me that I'm not the first person this has happened to by the same person because of her and her understanding I will rent from enterprise regardless of previous issues and will only rent from this location and her personally. If there is something you guys do to award for excellent customer service she definitely deserves it. Even watching her with customers she's amazing with anyone and everyone. I will be contacting corporate and giving her recognition to them as well. She definitely went above and beyond.

Friendly, very hurried people. Tremendous difficulty cleaning the inside front windshield and rear window. AZ sun on new car plastic releases gas that coates those windows with s thin film that is difficult to see in sun shine. Common problem. In darkness the film disrupts vision.

Enterprise is at fault for not warning managers and cleaning crew and especially for not providing the special cleaning solution and microfiber towels needed.

Top rated experience there and location on Speedway that also sells cars. Totally unlike the combative, argumentative bully managing Thornydale location near Ina who will refuse to rent if u use a debit card unless u buy Enterprise extra insurance at exorbitant cost! Big SURPRISE when u r there to pick up ur reserved rental. This is done to customers with the area manager's blessing!!

Obviously avoid that location at all costs!

Unfortunately the Oro Valley location has flakey management, and charges higher prices than Wetmore and Speedway. Neither the manager or assistant manager can be trusted for honesty. Fortunately the managers there seem to have high turnover.
