Husband and friend walked there based on the open hours listed online. Supposed to be open 7am-1pm and 2-3pm. Arrived before noon, and it said closed until 1:15. They needed a car and were in a hurry. Should be following hours listed online.

I have never even stayed here, but my husband is there right now as i write this. His room was borken into, his laptop stolen along with  $600 worth of his business partners' chips.  It seems as if the hotel is doing absolutely nothing to remedy the situation.  In talking to other customers at the trade show held in the Rio at which they are exhibitors, there have been numerous break ins this week. None of which are in the process of being rectified.  It has got to be an absolute dump. Stay somewhere else. They do not even answer the main switchboard.

It's off the strip and the rooms in the Mascarade tower facing the strip is subject to noisy Cargo trains passing by at all hours of the night.  My room was in need of a facelift showing well worn fabrics on the sofa and chairs and one wall outlet didn't have a face plate! Anyhow there are better places elsewhere.
