First car rental experience, just and FYI, there is a $200 deposit hold on the card used to pay for your rental. I don't recall that being disclosed at any point of the reservation process (we reserved ours online). We received a discount online for reserving ahead of time. Our pricing was for a mid size sedan, we received a Nissan Versa 2017 (a compact car), due to a mod size car not being available as it had a bad smoke odor, at least that is what we were told. The Nissan Versa we received was not washed nor cleaned on the inside. Being a very small establishment, this was the best they could do, we were not pleased. We were reluctant to accept the vehicle, they had not other options for us. My husband and myself made it cleared we wouldn't allow them to charge us for a mid size vehicle rental and have them give us a compact car. It wasn't until then that they agreed to adjust the pricing. Other than that the remainder of the service provided was average, as expected.

Went there due to insurance claim...they had only two cars in the lot...i left saying thanks and have a good day to the hertz employee and he just walked away...came home with it just to realize later on as i was about to go to work that there was a plastic panel of some sort hanging from under the car...WOW he didnt think to fully inspect the car before renting it out...couldve cause an accident somewhere down the road...and lord knows that this time itll be my fault...horrible place AAA needs to sign with another rental company...

When we rented our car it smelled like marijuana and it also was filthy. To top it off the back breaks were messed up. Their excuse was,"It was their last choice because they get certain cars from different locations and the cars they get are the ones in worse condition" I will never go there again and for the safety of others I don't recommend you go either. Please trust me you don't want to rent there.

John is so helpful! We appreciated all of his help, he doesn't pressure you hard like other salesman and is genuinely nice.
