I’ve rented from the Abby Ave Enterprise in Fresno about 7-8 times over the past year. There are plenty of other locations in town, and I’ve rented from many of them. While the customer service is good everywhere I’ve been, the Abby location is superior. The staff is always personable and professional. Even when they’re swamped, they take time to acknowledge each customer and are respectful of their customers’ valuable time. Each car I’ve rented has been clean, well maintained, and has run great. Enterprise locations in Fresno always have the best rates, and I’m willing to bet, have the overall best customer service as well.

These guys work hard and try their best to help customers. Enterprise systems are dinosaurs and gets them fussed at a lot but there are some great agents. Kyle is an absolute dream and epitomizes the true essence and being of customer service!!

Couldn't ask for a more professional, knowledgeable or helpful staff. I have never left one of their shops without feeling completely satisfied. Through business, I have tried every rental agency and Enterprise is by far the best. Cars are always clean and well maintained, service is exceptional and you can tell everyone prides themselves on their performance and core values.  Great business through and through. Keep it up!

Had some awesome hookers hanging out around the place.  Plenty of recreational substances to be found in the area at very affordable rates.

Most of the employees are nice and its usually very quick and easy when in a rush. I live closer to another location but choose this one because of the service. only issue with service is some employees do not explain add on's or other details as well as they should, but the managers are wonderful. Sometimes the cars I get have some issue like not having been cleaned as well as I would like or service maintenance needed light on or squeaky brakes, but nothing major and anytime I call in to let them know they are willing to fix the issue right away no questions asked. I will always come back to this location.
