Friendly staff, convenient location and always quick/ minimal wait.  Their pricing is also remarkably better as compared to a place farther away and not as easy to get to. They have come to pick me up from the shop to get a car from their location and have taken me back, too!  Wouldn't use anyone else.

Great customer service and they were able to provide a minivan on the same day requested. The caveat to that was having to rent a van that was dirty on the inside and would soon need an oil change.

Enterprise On Park Road is customer friendly ! They willing bring you a car and pick it back up. This was my second experience with this location . There are a few deterrents for me renting a car again from this location.
1. Both cars had that permeating , permanent smell of cigarettes.
2. When I returned the Nissan Altima  ( which I had for 2 weeks) the bill 
     was $559.00.   
     The customer next to me was returning a vehicle he had had for 6 
      weeks bill was $800.00. This did not make sense to me so I inquired . 
      The response was his car was smaller and it was rented at a different 
      location. (I feel this is unfair). A rental is a rental no matter where it 
      should be rented. 

As I said before the staff was outstanding and has no control over Enterprises pricing. But the next time I will look else where.

Had a great experience renting from here 2 weeks ago. They picked me up at my apartment and I was driving away with my car in about 20 minutes. They gave me a free upgraded car, which was almost brand new, and very clean inside. Unlike my last car rental, enterprise doesn't try to gouge you with gas on the return which is nice. When I needed to extend my rental by a day, there was no problem and no added fee beyond the regular rate. The only thing about the experience I didn't like were the $32 in taxes the state of CT charged me upon return. This represents a tax of 16.9% of my subtotal. Shameful.

The guys were very helpful and welcoming. I'd never driven a car with a push-button starter, so i needed a tutorial on the features  of new cars. I didn't see a woman during my 2 pickups/returns. Hmmm. Renting a car opened up a new world to me. I'll definitely use Enterprise in West Hartford again.
