Always had a pretty good experience here. Unfortunately with a couple of hit and runs our cars have needed body work a few times and this is the place we always got the rental car while our cars were in the shop.
They do in fact pick you up, and will drop you off after.
The staff there was always friendly, and the cars I've gotten have always been clean.

The staff at East Hartford location are always so pleasant and kind and very helpful. I wouldn't change this location for nothing. Thanks guys for good customer service

I think my expirience with enterprise has always been good, until the last time i needed their services. I have so far changed my mind to say they are working to stay at excellence. From timing to getting me into a rental, using positive customer relation, and making sure all of my questions were answered gave me the satisfaction to say id definitely choose their services again. Thumbs up!

My fiance and I were able to leave the same day with a new car. At no point did we feel pressured by anyone to purchase a vehicle (which we were expecting). Jhonatan was wonderful; he was patient and made sure we were comfortable and wanted for nothing. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. We will most likely be buying any future vehicles from Enterprise.

Customer service is on point. They are super helpful and really nice. I recommend everyone rent here. It's way quicker than every other rental place. In area.
