(0.5-star) As a professional who understands the ever increasing importance of top-notch service, I had expected to be able to give the highest review of my most recent experience with Enterprise Rental in Mahwah. I have always and quite frequently given my business to this company at this location. To my great disappointment that began with an employee error (overcharged $100) and culminated with a complete failure by management to turn it around,  Enterprise will no longer be my rental company of choice. Enterprise of Mahwah has lost my business and my recommendation. There has been no follow up after I cancelled/returned my rental on the first of a 4 day reservation - action is character.

I am a chronic renter, usually rent at least once or twice a month and these guys are the best!!!  Super friendly, great customer experience, cars are always in great shape and best of all, the entire experience is quick and hassle free.  Trust me, I have sadly had to use another local competitor before (you know who they are) and they the worst AND double the price.  Enterprise is a great company and the Mahwah location has the best team around!

It was easy, but the car was not cleaned up after the previous rental. This happened in the past with Enterprise. Otherwise, is a great company as far as efficiency.

Car was dirty, plans changed and the mngr tried to take advantage of the situation and over charge me (which still got negotiated back to a regular price, so it was obvious), and he did not follow my corporate policy in pricing. Bad experience, and I will simply take my corporate business elsewhere. I only work for a billion dollar company.
