I have to say, best customer service ever! Me and my husband rented a car from this location under very stressful circumstances. But a very knowledgeable polite and extremely funny young men by the name of Jalil Oates, went above and beyond to make our experience as delightful as possible and he exceeded our expectations through the roof. Enterprise awesome job choosing the right candidate to represent your company.

Everyone there was extremely polite and friendly. The two women who took care of me made me feel completely comfortable. If I ever need to rent a car again I would do it again. Also they had the best prices. I really enjoyed the car I rented also. It was clean and nice.

Car wasn't ready until approximately 1.5 hours after the agreed start time. They ensured me that this would be adjusted from the rental agreement, but it never was. The car itself was dirty, and I was told that if I wanted to wash it myself they would reimburse me (yeah right).

DEFINITELY 5 STAR!!!! 
I wish I remembered the guys name who took care of us, but they were all great. As soon as we walked into the office my fiancé and I were greeted with "good mornings" and "heys!" from EVERY ONE! He was right on point with finding our names, our info etc. He took us outside to "car shop" which was awesome, he told us about the cars that were in our price point but also said we were able to pick whatever we wanted and he'd work with us. And we could even look in the car to check it out!  Ofcourse my fiancé knew I was IN LOVE with the Black Fiat 500X that was there, and the guy sure enough made it possible... for a little of a difference in price! And yes, he told us the fiat has to be cleaned again inside because the new coworker missed some spots but it honestly took less 5-7 minutes! HANDS DOWN, BEST CAR RENTAL SERVICE WE HAVE BEEN TO!!!!
