Of course they didn't have the vehicle I wanted. Which is fine. "They don't guarantee make or model".....service is great, lot is small (i.e. don't expect much variety). Efficient, straight to the point. Professional staff.

When picking up the car the service was great.in HillsidebNew Jersey  586 route 22 east During car return I was very disappointed with the service. Only one staff working while the manager was inside knowing that there was long line up behind the counter. The one staff is overworked, poor customer service. Did not even acknowledge the presence of the customers. It took almost an hour just to return the car. If there is a zero for review I will score them zero. Very poor customer service!!!!👎

I had an awesome experience at enterprise Rent-A-Car a route 22 and hillside New Jersey. Although my car was not there and we had to travel to another enterprise to pick up the car.  However I got the car of my dreams, it made my trip much more enjoyable. The staff did everything possible to make me feel better about the wait. I will definitely go back and write from Hillside enterprise.
