This place is truly terrible I needed a rental car due to both my cars being in the shop so I called my insurance company and they had reserved me a car so I show up the next day to pick it up and I wasn’t able to granted I am 18 but they car was called in for me so I left and called up my insurance and told them. They had told me that they ARE REQUIRED to rent me a car because of my policy regardless of my age it would just be a little more expensive. So a few hours stop by and I had to go check on my car and so happens the place I went to Koplin auto body has enterprise there and turns out the man that works there is the bosses boss for this one. The lady called him up and told me to go back and ask for Matt and he said they will give me a car to fit my stature (I am 6’ 1”) (He was also aware that I am 18) I go back and talk to Matt and he was confused but I told him the story and he set me up with Danny to start the process and before we start the guy I previously dealt with earlier in the morning so bald guy started to give me a hard time I don’t car for his name as for he was rude and question everything because he didn’t want to be wrong but he was wrong and was out smarted by an 18 yr old they ended up setting me up with a Nissan Versa sv which was dirty and very uncomfortable for my size they seem to not care about anything especially that bald guy he was very rude the second time around and only became even more aggravated at the fact that he was wrong by telling me some bs story that enterprise doesn’t rent to anyone under the age of 21 and that my insurance company is wrong. Who hires someone such as him made a mistake I would never hire someone who is direspectfil to a customer nor that constantly questions his superiors superior because it makes you look like a fool and I’m sure he must’ve felt like one. If you want to rent a car from enterprise go to the one associated with Koplin auto body or just go to a different place they seem like they don’t mind losing business with that attitude.

Once you make a reservation, they are fast in attending you. They pick you up and bring back to your house.

I needed a car while mine was in the shop. They worked with me. Gave me affordable prices. I was very pleased with the service I received. If I need to i’ll Rent from them again.

Went there to make a question , this place is great for travelers that need to get a car for their commute , prices are not bad , but keep in mind that you need to make a deposit in order to take one.
