The young man that took care of my rental was very professional and polite. He was able to answer all of my questions. When I couldnit fit large luge in car. He readily switch me to another car in the same class category that had a bigger trunk. On return he was just as professional. It was a great experience to receive good customer service! I will definetly rent from this location again!!😀😀😀

This would be a routine testimonial to the excellent standard of service from this neighborhood Hertz outlet.  However curbside checkin elevated this rental exerience above and beyond excellent.  You need to add a 6th star. OUTSTANDING.

Did not have the car i Reserved, instead of apologizing, they charged me more, i dont think this is a policy, but wow definitely wont be back. On top of this attitude was terrible, im very disappointed. Very very dissatisfied, instead of trying to keep a customer you do this.

The Manager was great and very helpful  in think her name Christina and the guy that was there the cars was clean and they was knowledgeable
