Although the people were very nice, and very helpful, both times we've rented from this location there has been quite a delay in getting a car once we arrive onsite.  Even when you make a reservation, they give out cars, even to walk-ins I believe, and so run out of inventory, as they did when we were there recently.  My husband had to go in a van to another location, about 20 minutes away to get a car.  We did get a nice upgrade, and did appreciate the nice people who work there.

Until this place is corrupted by incompetent middle management. I will continue to rent from Enterprise Rent-A-Car forever. Not only this place family owned,  the business model is fast affective and still honest. 

I needed a car in less than 4 hours, a car was available, then the car was too small for me, no problem, another car was available. The customers service was fast friendly and I was treated as an equal, as a customer. 

The money came right out for the rental, I had the car for two days, and 12 hours later the money they took to hold came right back. 

Each car are is well maintained, clean and fresh, the place where I got my rental was in Rahway. They really do take care of the customer.

Great customer service, even thought I arrived at closing time they were very nice and helpful in obtaning a rental car at a great price. Would recommend them to everyone.

After a terribly negative experience with the Elizabeth location, I came to the Rahway location to give Enterprise another chance.

Boy, am I glad I did! Could not have been happier with Rahway. Very polite, intelligent, customer-focused staff that will work with you. You're in and out as quickly as can be expected. Super professional.

So many good reviews and it wouldn't be nice to throw something negative and so I'll stick to facts observed and/or try to stay neutral
 
Their lot is small but they work around it for the most part
Prices okay
Choices: there were two cars to choose from in my category at the time
People were friendly 
Watch what you sign before driving off and then watch closely what's on the receipt. I missed and noticed it now, days after signing it (I trusted them and so didn't watch closely enough. My lesson
