I would just like to give a big thank you to Ron. He was a great guy who gave us a very nice and clean Nissan Altima. This will be the only Enterprise I will be going to from now on. Great service. Thank you - Tony.

I would just like to thank Ron at Enterprise in Colonia, NJ. Very nice and intelligent man who was all about customer care. He helped us with everything we needed and got everything taken care for us. I would highly recommend him when going here. Thanks again for the A+ customer service.

I have been to this place 4-5 times this year and it's always a GREAT experience! All the employees are friendly and have a calming presence. Ron has helped me with my rental most times and as always he is great to work with! Extremely knowledgeable and professional!

Ron was the first person I dealt with from day one. I must say the professionalism is impeccable he went through the whole process explained everything even with customers walking in phones ringing  he would great them and still was able to complete my rental and send me on my way. Thanks Ron. 10 Stars to you. The only Enterprise I will go to.

This has to be the most disorganized place I ever visited. 2 years ago I rented an SUV for a family trip, a few days before I picked up my rental I got a phone call to confirm my rental. Upon arriving at this location my rental was NEVER there. The manager at the time went out of her way to find the SUV that should have been there and delivered it to my job for the inconvenience. So today 2 years later I gave them the benift of the doubt and gave them another opportunity since the manager went out of her way to help me. Again I received a phone call confirming my reservation and I explained what happened last time I reserved a rental and they assured me it wouldn't happen again. I show up for my rental and guess what? No SUV there that I requested. A young lady I forget her name because of how pissed I am tries to locate another SUV so I can go on my trip. The SUV she found was not good because it would not fit 7 people and our luggage this is why I requested a suburban gives us the room we need. So here I am left with no rental and have to delay my trip an extra day due to the carelessness at this location. The manager never even tried to find another location that had the SUV I requested all he was worried about if the young lady that drove me to another location picked up a vehicle that was needed for someone else. Thanks for screwing my vacation up.
