Very convenient to have them here in Murray. The only car rental here. I'm a plus member and rent enough to see the savings. The customer service agents are usually exceptional. I've only had one rude girl and I haven't seen her since. I will return, the prices are great. Usually get a free upgrade. Customer service excellent, which is saying a lot considering the area in which I live.

Today we experienced very worst response from Murray enterprise. That, we booked car by using one corporate promotional coupons. But while we went to pick my car. He didn’t show proper response.
Instead of talking to the people inside Office. He was busy on phone it talks 75 min to complete my rental process.

They lie about the deposit, insurance, and you may get your back within a week.... They gave me a car that doesn't tell you at all how much gas you have after a certain amount. It just says low... and the insurance... They said it was $18... That's $18 a day if you didn't know. Completely unhappy. Oh btw they were 15 minutes late picking me up.

Vehicle arrived on time to pick me up.
Staff at the desk were very busy on the phone due to weather, but we're still very efficient and took time to explain all charges.
