Overall my experience was terrific. I was so impressed that I opened an Enterprise Plus account. Unfortunately, I am not receiving credit for the rental because it is related to an insurance claim. If I only rented a vehicle covered by the insurance company discounted rate, I would understand. 

BUT, I rented an upscale SUV at more than twice the insurance covered portion. It seems to me that I should receive credit at least for the portion I paid - especially since I paid for more than half of the rental charge. 

Further, as a recommendation to the company, it seems that recognizing and incentivizing the customer in an insurance situation to upgrade the rental, rather than penalizing the customer, would be (1) a revenue generator, and (2) a customer satisfaction generator. 

I do want to close by saying that I am a satisfied customer, nonetheless. All of the personal I encountered, especially those at the Paducah, KY, office, were very well trained and very helpful.

Best service by far from any Enterprise I have used. Got in and out quick and the sales guy was so friendly.

The absolute most incompetent people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They do NOT provide you with the proper or necessary information prior to entering their establishment which in turn makes the whole process unnecessarily difficult from the starting point. The gentleman has a little tendency to be condescending and arrogant. My husband and I had to run back to our house to get the information that was never mentioned until later then return to only have a much longer process greet us. Overall this has to be one of the most terrible experiences I’ve ever had. Not a business I would ever recommend, even to my worst enemy.

15 2018 Used them several times. Never a real issue, they don't always have ext cab 4x4 trucks but just on occasion. Friendly and curtious people. Will use agian.

Overall my rental experience was fine. My only complaint and why I'm not giving 5 stars is because I was given the car with a half tank of gas. I realize it was just returned as they were trying to find me a full size, but I would have assumed they'd make sure it had a full tank before giving it to me. Otherwise the car was great and everything else worked out.
