I always wanted to leave a review but never got the chance to. This company has many locations but this one i have experienced the worst service.  The things the sales person promised on the phone were completely different compare to what he said when i came to the place. I was so mad! You cant even imagine! I drove all the way for NOTHING!!! The next day i went to another location service there was amazing! bottom line if you want your morning to go well don't go to this location! (I had to give them at least one star even though they deserve non! but that's the only way google will let you post your comment).

Horrible experience NOT RECOMMENDED! Very  dirty place and no cars, but they lie and say they have them when they don't and make you sit and wait even with a reservation but they have no cars, very rude people. Go to AVIS at the Aventura Mall, it's super fast, great cars, and fabulous service!

Very good place to rent a car.  They havr a good sense of hospitality. 
It's better to have the weekly rate. It's cheaper.  You can also use your own insurance(No PIP)

Horrible experience! Arrived at the Flamingo and Pembroke Rd.office. After waiting 45 mins.with a reservation, no cars available. Told by two jerks at the counter, Daniel, Randy both who were clueless to their job descriptions! Giving out wrong information, and making promises they cannot stand behind. Place is very empty and unorganized, does not look inviting! The branch manager lied, once asked for their corporate number, gave me a  number that give options for rental issues. I was able to locate it and spoke with the Regional office myself! A bunch of clowns!!! Avoid this Enterprise location at every cost😠

This company has the worst possible service.  They cheat and treat you very bad . Even worse they lie to you and act in bad faith.
BE ATTENTION OTHERWISE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU LOT OF "HIDDEN FEES" AND OTHER EXPENSES YOU WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO PAY!!
They play as "smart people" making you feel as the "stupid" one.
NOT TRUSTFULL AT ALL!
