Car wasn't prepped before we arrived.  After finally getting it, we found that it shook and made grinding and squealing noises.  Didn't leave the parking lot before taking it back.  Apathetic employee behind the counter said "All our cars sound like that." After getting him to actually drive the car, he agreed that it had a problem but then told us that there were no other cars available. Reluctantly, he secured one from another location but we had to change our plans and come back and get it.

! ! ! This location has no cars they are offering on the website ! ! ! 
The manager called me in the morning and said that they don't have my car but they have a convertible at the airport and asked if I don't mind to pick it up from there. He never mentioned that the rate would be nearly 50% more expensive! 
Avoid this place if you are booking anything but economy or compact!
