I love going to enterprise. The staff is very friendly. I feel like I'm part of the enterprise family now because they all know me by now. I wouldn't go back if they didn't give good customer service. Awesome team, especially the assistant manager Emmanuel who always make sure that I'm satisfied. Keep it up👌🏽

Hello staff at the Dixie Hwy office; I thank you for customer service when I had a problem with the rental car; you gave me credit and that meant a lot. I enjoy renting from this company because they accept debit cards; some companies don't and they don't put a big hold on your card it's reasonable. I definitely would recommend this company to family, friends, and coworkers. Thanks again!

WORST ENTERPRISE EVER. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE DEPOSIT RETURN ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY DEPOSIT CAR WAS RETUNED IN PERFECT CONDTIONS. EVERY TIME I CALL I GET PUT ON HOLD, MANAGERS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AND COMPLETLY HELPLESS!!!

Renting from these people was a pleasant experience, and the actual price ended up being lower than what the website had quoted me. Win-Win-Win - where we all win.
