I don't really know if Hertz is one of the best car rental companies in USA even when my experience there was good but I strongly can say that there you will find one of the best person in the world, so professional, polite, educated and kind that still I am surprised. When one meet someone like this guy, anyone start having hope on this crazy world again, his name is Mohamad Jradi, hopefully this company can count with someone like him. God bless him.

Friendly and fast service.  Antwon made sure that our experience was great and made sure we were happy and satisfied with our vehicle and he also went above and beyond. Awesome service...Would definitely recommend this facility and will continue to rent from them.

Pretty good experience. The customer service representatives were really friendly and were concerned about my needs. The vehicle that I rented was outstanding with all the latest tech.

Our go to person is always Robin.Whenever we have a specific need SHE does her best to accomodate us.We had a great experience with the Rav 4. The only downside is that everyone else likes this car too so they're not always in stock.Please stock more of this car.We will RENT in Oakland,Ca.next and I am hoping they stock these cars also.
