The last two times renting from here has been absolutely dreadful. Cars are so dirty and smells so bad. Francis only offered a 10% discount. Would rather pay full price and have a car worth it, it was very embarrassing

This enterprise car rental was a genuine Star Trek experience. I reserved the smallest car online because I just needed a transportation while my own car was at the service station.  When I arrived 20 minutes before the office would close, I was cordially received by Tommy and Luis. The small car (Kia) I had reserved online was not available, but they tried the possible to resolve that. Meanwhile I was offered a Donut, not a big deal, but I was in a rush and terribly hungry. Toni changed to Warp 5  when he asked me if I was fine with a truck. I left the premises with a brand new Ford F150. There was not enough time to finish the cleaning completely, so I was told I could return the car with an empty tank.
And all that for less than 20 bucks !!! Wow - I'll definitely will be back !!!

The manager at this location is simply one of the nicest and most professional human being there is. His name is Hakim (Sp?). His courteousness is unsurpassed. The only caveat is that this location, however, is quite limited in selection of vehicles. Keep up the great work.
