BE AWARE Of LEXUS SERVICE OF NORTH MIAMI **someone in the service department opened my wallet, took pictures of all my credit cards and ID and tried running fraudulent charges. This was the first time taking my brand new 2018 Lexus NX to be washed and that was my experience. I went back to talk to a manager about this crime.  
Melvin Douglas, the service manager came to the front completely uninterested, showing zero concern  and dismissive about this crime. The only words he could come up with was that didn’t happen in his service department. I brought this to their attention immediately after my car was washed noticing that my wallet had all the cards rearranged and not in their usual order which means someone had pulled them out and likely been rushing to shove them back in.
 I noticed it immediately upon receiving my car and brought it to management’s attention. He said they took a photo of the wallet prior and possibly it was dropped on the floor. Sure enough less than 24 hours later my cards were compromised and fraudulent charges of $1,000 were flagged by my bank. When I returned to bring this to their attention they completely dismissed it. I suppose it will take a few incidents before they decide to take action or apologize which is just a shame.
Avoid going to this dealer or car service if you value your privacy and expect high standards, especially if you’re stuck dealing with Melvin Douglas, assistant service manager.
Moral of the story, don’t ever trust that because someone advertises “luxury service” you can expect “luxury service.”

Horrible horrible service. I've owned Lexus cars for 15 years. I usually get service in Pembroke Pines, but this time it went to North Miami that's closer to my office. I thought there was some electrical problem. First, they wanted to charge me to check what the problem was. At the end of the day they returned me the car saying they couldn't find anything wrong with the car. Two days later I got a statement from Lexus in the mail saying my breaks were bad and I refused service. It's undescribable how shocked I was. Not only they failed to tell me my breaks were bad, which is a very serious problem, they also lied that I refused service which I couldn't do if they didn't tell me I needed that service done. I called the service rep immediately and he said that only after I left they told him about the breaks. He should've called me immediately, but he didn't. Even though I was very mad, I took my car there to be fixed just for the convenience of being so close to work. The rep called me around 3pm saying my car was ready. I left work at 5:30pm and got there 10 minutes later. I went to the register, paid for the service, and after 20 minutes waiting for my car a girl came apologizing, saying my car was not washed as it should be, a wash is included in every service, so I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to bring my car. They forgot to wash it. Why did they call me saying it was ready if it wasn't. Not only their service is terrible, their lack of respect for the customer is unacceptable. Never again I will buy a Lexus. If I could remove stars... The one star is too much for them

Thank you to the wonderful gentlemen of Lexus of North Miami!!!  They went above and beyond to get me my dream car yesterday.  Alex Helimsky is a finance genius and salesperson Efrain was an absolute pleasure to work with.  Thank you again!  It's great to be back with Lexus!!  The resort style dealership is fantastic as well!  With all of the included amenities, I could spend all day there!

Everything flowed super smoothly - making the appointment, getting there, service during the time specified. A very pleasant experience. They even vacuumed and washed my car. 

My only issue is that the price was not what was quoted. The girl who made the appointment for me said my cost would be somewhere around $20 after coupons were applied. And my cost was more than $200. I should have received that information in writing.

Perfect Experience.
What an awesome experience I had at Lexus of North Miami today! From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off in my new car. My super star salesman, Alex Suarez was of great help in showing me all the details and functionalities of the car. He made me feel super comfortable and was very knowledgeable on the car buying experience. was very professional and made the paperwork alot easier than I had anticipated it would be! I will certainly recommend him and this dealership to my friends and family. I look forward to bringing my car to your service department when needed. Thank you so much for such a great and positive experience! I'm proud to say I'm part of the Lexus family.
