I am Absolutely sickening with this company and the worst to do business with. By far the worst rental company I've dealt with. My insurance set me up with this company after being in an accident. My reservation begin in August, and due to unforeseen circumstances the rental end up lasting a little over the time anticipated. I never budge or hesitated on my payments, they were made when followed up by the agents calling to make updates. On 10/13/2017 I return of the rental car after finally my car being ready , I called location 1450 NE 123rd St Unit 103 North Miami, FL  33161  at exactly 5:55 pm to advised I will be dropping off the rental. The gentleman I spoke with was very abrupt in rude stating anything after 6pm will not be honored at accommodated. At about 6:39 the individuals where still inside the store , they laughed and mocked me as I stood upfront, ignored me as I knock and knocked. I was ignored as if I was begging for a hand out or some sort of homeless individual. I  have rented with budget, Avis and hertz and have never experienced such humiliation.  

I write this just to say, I have learned my lesson and will NEVER  do a reservation or any sort of business with such disgusting company. The fact that my insurance company partners with them, I will be looking for another company that does NOT.

I love renting ther services always great. They're very professional and knows how  to treat customers with respect and dignity. I feel like home when I go up there.  You guys are the . I been renting cars from enterprise for DA past 15 years . I was about to choose another company.  But when I went to check those guy's .  They  make me happy again thank you so much I'll be back again!

I was provided a vehicle infested with ants from the Miami International Airport Enterprise. It was late at night and I didn't notice them until the first morning. I called the airport location and informed them and they said I would be able to go to any Enterprise location to get this resolved... which led me here. I requested that anything be done to get this resolved (spray it down with ant killer, vacuum it out, trade out the car, or even trade out the vehicle for a lesser value vehicle! The woman I worked with was so unhelpful. They had the exact same vehicle I was provided with on the lot to be rented (already cleaned and ready) and she said that there was no way they would be able to trade. When I suggested vacuuming it, she said I would need to wait in line behind at least 5 cars - none of which had people waiting. I couldn't afford to wait that long so I unfortunately had to leave. I know if I returned to the Miami airport it would have been resolved, but I couldn't make time to take the drive down there during my stay. 
I will never recommend this Enterprise location.

Great service.. was set up by my insurance company. My car was totaled so my insurance Geico, set up a rental for a couple of days so I could get a new one. I actually brought the car back a few days early and they did not complain. Excellent customer service I'm guessing I was kind of Lucky not to get any problems with this Enterprise location.

They are very straightforward and friendly. Things happen unfortunately to some of us they just have to act professional and do our best to move forward. This location was very great to work with.

Needs to hire new person to wash cars. This guy they have is super slow.
