I am so disgusted with this location. The snotty nose manager is a slick mouth. I came to switch out my rental because it was a gas guzzler . I had no choice to take the vehicle at the time due to a "shortage' of vehicles.  Shortage of vehicles which was stated for 2 days straight during the week ! When I took the rental back she stated wow you drove a lot of miles. ! What does that have to do with anything? What do you do with a car ? Just let it sit there? I have a life! The snotty nose manger then switched the vehicle out to a car she was driving. Before she gave me the car she took her kids car seats out. I asked her was the car clean! She said yes. When I drove off and I turned around to put my purse in the back seat crumbs everywhere . Also it looked like white donut powder smeared on the seats. I return the car at another location because I was disgusted with this location . What a difference at another location . Just the friendliness enviorment and professionalism . I currently been on hold for 40 minutes now with this location . Why? Because these ass holes charge my card twice! They charge my deposit twice . I didn't even know they did this until I check my bank account 2 weeks later. I was just scrolling through my account and I seen a duplicate charge. . I am so disgusted from the customer service to them charging my card twice. This location needs to be reevaluated as a so call family owned business.

We had an issue with the car and the timeframe for picking up the car was a 2 hour wait. Once we returned the car the supervisor corrected the issues and was extremely professional with us. I’ve been renting cars from enterprise for years and this was my first experience with a car issue. It was rectified accordingly. Thank you

Very pleased with the service I received from Enterprise from Michelle and Raye representative of enterprise. But feel like Enterprise could give me a better rate due to the fact I've been renting Vehicles over 9 months. But overall thankful.

If you make a reservation the day before and they don't have the vehicle you requested they will not call you in advance to let you know. They will wait for you to show up and tell you they don't have the vehicle. Then you will have to search for one yourself in the area because they will not go out of their way to do so. I was late to my military unit as well as the huge inconvinience i experienced to return the vehicle. As far as the staff they were not welcoming nor helpful. They seemed more interested in proving you wrong and getting rid of you then helpful or caring. Rude and unwelcoming staff. Never again....

I showed up on time to pick my reservation. The location did not call me to let me know they were heavily overbooked. When I got there, there were others overbooked standing around. I was handed a card and told to call around myself to try and find another car. Complete waste of time. I ended up with no car. Will not use Enterprise again. I would rate zero stars if that was an option.
