What  A great experience I rent here on a weekly basis and my company makes me go away in to renew my rental weekly I’m in and out of there they always take care of me and they have a great selection of cars I really appreciate you guys thanks a lot. Great service,  the gentleman working there gave me a ride to a nearby location after returning the rental,   even though the driver had just left.

I booked a reservation 3 months in advance for an SUV that seats 7 people for a big trip. 4pm the day before my 8am pickup time, the store calls my husband and states that they do not have an SUV for us and our reservation will be cancelled. The store did nothing to accommodate us and did not care that with less than 24 hour notice, I would have to find an alternative way to travel for my trip. Do not rent from BUDGET!

Renting from this location was a breeze Mr.Palmer made it worth my while, this will be my go to spot. I will recommend to FAMILY and friends.

Initially when I went in there young lady that served me  was very friendly.... However   When I return  the car  The gentleman that was there the manager I told him that the amount He was asking me to pay was not the amount that we agreed to,  when I rented the vechile he told me that the additional $50 was for an additional person on the rental when I got the car the lady told me she will hold the $50 just for the credit card put that money would be refunded to me ones I return to vechile.when I told him that he act as if I was lying to him so I called my friend who was there at the time and confirm that is what the lady told us. So I paid the additional $50 because I know in the end God will get him if he is just being mean one day . To make a long story short the manger was very rude and not concerned about me as a customer or what I had to say.  And the sad thing about this was done  in front of other customers who was there.  Customer service stinks
