The car I reserved was not available, and I was immediately given an upgrade - no extra cost.  The car was clean, almost new and a pleasure to drive.  The service at Enterprise was efficient and gracious.

My experience has always been excellent with Enterprise. I have used it a couple of times (3 times to be exact). This time was good as always at the offices in Hollywood Fl. Personnel was great and courteous and I have no complaints. The only problem was with the car they gave us. We rented a minivan, which is not chip, and we are very dissatisfied with the conditions of the car. There was a horrible smell in the interior of the car,  probably was cigarette smoke or something else. The cup holders were full of sand and the floor carpet in the back was ripped off. Next time I would not accept a car like that  and I will review it better before I sign.

Horrible experience,  after 2 hrs of waiting to get a car I had my husband come and get me to take me to another rental place. This location had not enough staff and definitely not enough cars. 
Since it was a holiday I had my toddler with me,  I had no help transferring the car-seat from the van that picked us up at the car shop.  Once I was on the van we had to wait for another couple that were going to enterprise too and when we got to enterprise of course the couple behind me got in front of me because I had to take care of the car-seat and my child. Once I got to enterprise, your reservations really didn't matter.
The were only 2 employees trying to keep up with the amount of costumers, they were answering phones, taking care of the costumers wanting cars and dropping off cars, they were bringing in and out cars, cleaning cars... it was ridiculous, people just pilling up and me trying to entertain my toddler for 2 hours, that's when my husband picked me up and I still wasn't going to get a car. They didn't even pay attention to my husband that he had to leave his job to get me because even he though it was not right. 
Big corporation Enterprise you disappointed me, once again I see the discrimination because the place wasn't in the nicest location the service is brought down, I'm sure your 2 poor employees are under payed and overworked.

Wow, what a wonderful experience from beginning to end!!!  We rented the car online, received our confirmation, then a reminder email of our reservation. We got there to pick up the car, the doors were open on time, and the service was fast and excellent. Richard treated us like family. Our rental car was clean, comfortable, and fuel efficient. The service was just as fast and excellent when we returned the car, and we were given a ride home. We will continue to rent from Enterprise, and look forward to doing business with them again. Hats off to a job more than well done!!!  Highly recommend Enterprise with a five star review. Thank you, Enterprise!!!

Enterprise customer service was excellent. They took care of me in a timely manner and was very polite. I surely will rent again with them.
