I had a great experience with Jessica. She was very nice and friendly. She called me before picking me up and arrived on time. She made me feel very comfortable and gave me a peace of mind even though I was hurting in the inside because I had lost a love one and was traveling to a funeral. Everyone in the office was very nice and kind too. The whole experience was great. I've been working in customer service field for 20 plus years and it was a true pleasure. Thank you Jessica, her manager and Enterprise Rent-A-Car for being there when I needed you the most.

Never deal with that company!!! Worst car rental ever! If you call to pay- they respond quickly if any questions or God forbid issues they will transfer you call to 10 different people and put you on hold for 25 minutes and then just shut it down. If you give them your c card they will charge you $250 without notifying and after 20 phone calls still nobody cannot explain why they charged..

I had some problems with them picking me up to get my rental, but they made it right when I got to the location. This location is extremely busy so be patient. Otherwise, nice employees and nice cars.

If I could rate a zero, I would. I reserved online two weeks prior to my trip and called the week before to confirm the vehicle I reserved would be what I received. The person who answered my call laughed and said, “Oh, you must have worked with us before.” That should have been my red flag. The day I was to pick up the vehicle at 12 pm, my husband received a call at 9 am, saying our vehicle was not available. I called back to speak to a manager, but she was helping other customers. I called back almost two hours later, and the manager was still unavailable. Then I was told my vehicle was ready. When I went to pick it up, it was not what I had reserved. What a waste of my time! I’m glad I didn’t pay upfront because I can only imagine how the refund process would go. Stay away! Thank you, Enterprise, for stranding me before my family vacation. I really appreciate it.

I can't even begin to tell how HORIBLE this place is! There's no customer service and the manager Nicole is the WORST! I had no choice to rent with them since they have a contract with Geico (mind one of their biggest clients) and it's been the worst experience ever. First of I needed a rental for a month since my car is and still is in the shop. Since Geico gives me a 30 days per day credit for a rental I wanted to rent a compact car the cheapest for $25 a day but they gave me a $50 per day vehicle. I swear I tried 3 times to exchange my rental to a compact car and all 3 times I was told that they didn't have a compact car for me. Milking Geico!!! What a shame. I even went as far as calling them as an anonymous caller (I have an email to prove it) and requested a compact car and guess what? Yes they had a car but when I call they tell me no! So what happened next? I exhausted my rental coverage and 2 weeks ago Enterprise charge my credit card $250, yesterday they charged me another $450 and today $500. I spoke to Nicole gave her my adjuster's name she never bothered to call Geico or me. She left me a message saying that if I don;t return the car today I will be charged again and that I would have to pay over $1000! My intentions are to put this place on blast  and this horrible company! I also hope that after my many complaints to Geico and after letting them know how their client treat theirs customer and cancel their contract! Geico is an outstanding company I've been with them over 20 year best insurance ever best customer service and very fast claim processing. It's just a damn shame how Enterprise is making them look bad.
