Rented from here for company use. Mike had me in and out in no time when I picked up and dropped off the car and was friendly and professional the whole time. No issues with the car itself, it was in showroom condition and ran without a hiccup. Would recommend this branch in a heartbeat.

I've used Enterprise as my go to for car rentals for a dozen years now. After this last time it will be the last time.
The car I was given smelled like smoke. When I pointed it out I was given a blank stare. 
After I returned the car I called to ask about my receipt and a refund of my deposit. I was told that an email had been sent and when I explained that I hadn't received it there was silence and finally oh well. It took several days for a refund to be credited to my account and there was also no explanation of why it had taken so long and I never did receive a receipt. All in all, terrible customer service. If I could give zero starts I would. I will be looking for other places to rent cars in the future.

Edit: Rented a car again from this location. My grandmother died and I needed a vehicle. Reservation process and pick-up went smoothly. Was given the hard sell about supplemental insurance but salesperson backed off after a firm "No thanks." Returned the car at the prearranged time. Did not receive an email nor did I receive my refunded deposit. After 3 business days I called the location and was told that since I returned the car over the weekend there was a delay. I returned the car on a Thursday. Was also told that my file had not been closed and that was why I did not receive an email. Also, since my "file" was not closed when I returned the car I have to wait additional days for my refund.  I gave them two chances. I will think long and hard about renting a car from Enterprise again.

I've had to use Enterprise a few times while my car was being repaired.   They were easy to work with, friendly,  and helpful.  The cars I was provided have been brand new and in excellent condition.   I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car.

Always great service with a smile. Fast check-in and check out and excellent vehicles to rent. My wife and I have been renting from Enterprise for 5+ years now and have not had a bad experience with them. Highly recommended when in need of a vehicle.
