rented a truck last summer. Truck was fine, but a week later I got charged $454 for tolls then a separate $17.  I had my own toll EZ pass that was charged and the total was be in the range of $20.  This was a scam.  The merchant was trying to rip me off.  Amex did not follow up with the dispute.  So beware if you use this AVIS agent

Good service. I was let down by the enterprise over the thanksgiving weekend. I never tried Avis before, but I had no choice and went with  them. The staff was really helpful. They gave me a free upgrade to intermediate SUV with a good price overall. I'm sure Avis will be my preferred rental company in future.

Generally love Avis, my preferred rental company, but every time I've dealt with this location it's been an absolute nightmare! Poor management. Poor inventory. Completely apathetic staff. Unfortunately it's always the closest location to me at the time and I dread having to deal with this place. Avis Corporate needs to address this location really. Terrible.

I work for a large corporation who puts a lot of business into Avis. These guys put me on hold for 10 minutes, spoke so fast I could barely understand them, and then hung up the phone before I could finish asking my question. Unreal. I'll be sure to advise our groups inhouse to the ongoing frustrations Avis puts on our people - this outpost being one prime example.
