New Canaan Foreign Car 🚗 Service on Pine Street in New Canaan has excellent service on most automotive brands. When I needed advice about buying an Audi versus a BMW, they were available in person and by phone to offer advice and pricing information. They recommended I drive both cars before taking the automobiles to them. Although I grew up with Mercedes and prefer vintage Jaguars, I was looking for a less expensive car that's easy and fun to drive. They're always helpful with expert advice about all aspects of buying, renting and repairing automobiles both foreign and domestic. I highly recommend New Canaan Foreign Car Service to everyone I know.

We have been using New Canaan Foreign Car for our services since we moved here 4 years ago and they have never disappointed. They are courteous, always willing to make time for a crisis, always efficient in repairs and they get the job done right the first time. Neal runs a solid operation and is always so kind and helpful, there are times i would be lost without them as they have bailed me out of more than one emergency!!! I have used New Canaan Foreign Car in earlier years for minor repairs but never for a regular service of my Mercedes E class 2002 car. After less than desirable customer service from my Greenwich, CT dealership I decided to give NC Foreign car a try last December and I must confess I was most pleasantly surprised. Very courteous and technically competent I will be using them in future and would unhesitatingly recommend them to others as well Kas

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NEW CANAAN FOREIGN CAR I brought my car in with an electrical issue. They said I needed to change some wires for 700.00. I brought back the next day for the wiring job. They called and said now it needed more work for 2500.00. I paid the 2500.00 and the car still does not work properly. I ask them to fix it they refuse. They gave me a warranty in writing on the work they did and they refuse to fix it. They dont stand behind the work they do. How can you trust them? Poor service poor work and they will NOT honor the warranty on their work and ROBBED me of 2500.00.

These folks take care of two Audi vehicles for me. One is just off dealer service and the other is a classic, almost twenty years old with very low mileage. Their attention to detail, and concern about safety is remarkable. Knowledge level is very high. (Actually, the experience surpasses that provided by the dealer.) They take a personal interest in every customer, providing a feeling of great comfort. And always "on time". They do what they say they will do. It is a pleasure to work with the entire staff.
