We rented a car over Labor day weekend and, which was the first time we rented a car for trips. The trip was great, however we did have some issues with the car. after our trip and returning the vehicle, I explained the problems with the manager. I have to say the Customer Service was absolutely amazing and how he took care of us. You don't find that a lot and I have to say I am beyond impressed. Thank you to the Manager and Staff for making everything right, we will for be renting a vehicle from you in the future!

Went there for a car and did not give me one said they would hold my reservation but did not

Quick and professional. The only problem i came up against is that without a credit card you must bring a bill with you that shows less than $100 past due.

Rented a car beginning of May.. they downgraded from my original reserved car but it was too late to return because location was closed. Car I got - needed an alignment really bad. Called customer service. They told me that they would contact that location for a discount rate on my next rental which was this past weekend. Told them about the issue and all they said was there were no known issues and sorry was all I got. Too top it off, the car that I just rented was dirty and no gas.

This location is awesome. The Customer Service is beyond a 5 star; If I could give it a ten I would. They are very friendly, professional, and assistive in every move in the process.
