Nice people at this location. People in Skokie location are vey rude and disrespectful. I used to rent fruition that location but stopped.

Bria, Kirk, Harry, Wolli and Harry were the best crew.  Kirk and Harry have moved on to the Skokie location and Bria to another job.  I sure hope the new guys continue the great service of the previous crew going back to Cameron, Alex and the other guys!  God bless Enterprise!  Great cars, great service, great people!

So we're from out of town (Nebraska), and a 16- year old T-bones us!!
Badly shaken, we arrived at Enterprise AFTER they had already closed but we were still  taken care of so well by the manager Bria Williams.
She stayed on while we phoned insurance companies to check on our coverage, patiently waiting for us to get our questions answered.
She was wonderful in our time of need, as was Brian, the guy who picked us up, and Harry, who helped us with our questions the next day.

Staff was friendly and professional but the vehicle provided was FILTHY and fuel tank was only 1/2 full. Disappointed.

Spoke w/Steve at this location and was compensated for their shortcomings.
