I've had a good experience renting from this location overall in the past 1.5yrs that I've needed to for work. The staff are friendly and helpful. There can be a wait, but that comes with the territory. On my most recent rental, someone wrote down the wrong initial mileage so that it looked like I'd gone over 2000 miles. The guy conducting the check out was understanding and everything was good.

The gentleman helping us SAVED us big time. I had picked a car up from one of Enterprise's locations in Michigan, and I had set the drop-off location for Downers Grove when I initially made the reservation. Problem is, I had unknowingly chosen the Downers Grove location off Ogden Ave. 

Once the guy helping me had discovered this, I told him that I did not have time to drop it off at that location as I had to make a flight in just under two hours. I was trying my hardest not to be "that customer," but I legit did not have time to drive all the way to the Ogden location - I would have easily missed my flight. 

I forgot to get his name, but he tells me "I'll see what I can do here." Two minutes later he says "you're good." I'm not sure what exactly he ended up working out, but no other words could have been sweeter to hear at that moment. THAT is customer service. 

These guys deserve every bit of 5 stars. I feel bad that I forgot to get the guy's name, but in my opinion, his customer service reflects on the company. As far as I'm concerned, he was the face of the company during our transaction, and he made this location look like superstars. Highly recommend.

TERRIBLE experience with Enterprise. I got rear-ended really bad and I needed a rental for a few weeks. They made me pay $50 up front for the car even though the accident it wasn't my fault, it was the other drivers. Then when I tried to drop off the car, I called beforehand and they told me to come by right now. When I got there, no one was there. They locked the doors and posted a piece of paper to the door that said that they were going to be out for the rest of the night. Now, a month later, they are still charging my debit card for god-knows-what. This is the worst!!!! Do not use them unless you want to keep having to deal with this months after you use them.

I've rented from here many times in the past and usually had good service. Unfortunately this wasn't so. The car was in poor shape and only had 1/4 tank of gas. Honestly i thought the transmission was going. And there was nothing to replace it with. They said it was because I rented from a local franchise not the airport. They've been going down hill. I'll try Enterprise again but not this one.
