We commend your team at the Ogden Avenue location in Downers Grove. Vince, Tyler and Armani made our recent rental experience not only easy but pleasant! Vince, the office manager, sets a great customer service standard and was so helpful on the phone. Armani gave us a smooth and skilled driving pick up. In the office Vince and Tyler assisted us to get the car and rental agreement that best suited our needs and budget. Thanks to you all -- keep up the good work! Very attentive employees. Answered questions and resolved any issue or concerns quickly and efficiently. Will rent from them again when I visit my family this summer.
