It's very bad service at this place. I never expected such a bad service from enterprise. 

I had rented full size car and they give me very bad condition car with 40K miles on it. While i was driving that car it stopped on the middle of the road with some maintenance warnings on the car. Then i immediately called 911, Cops helped me by moving it. 

While pickup i asked then to give me some good car- then the employee replied that all other cars needed oil change and etc. 
I had seen lot good cars in the parking lot but they are not interested to give good service for the customers i think.

Have had great service from Enterprise until today. Was told there was a bigger car available, went to the store to be told that I now have to wait until after the rush and to call back later now. I was even told all that was available were vans when I was in the store so when I said that was fine I was told nevermind call back. Called back later and now nothing is available again despite being told this morning there was a van available!

Overall bad experience, what's told I could get an SUV vehicle because of a storm predicted that evening. After I was told to come down and pick up the SUV I was told there was none and stuck me in a small car because that's all they had available. The snow storm hit I could not drive the vehicle and stuck at home for 2 days. No compensation they charge me full price. This is why I reserved the SUV. I would not recommend that Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Renting car/SUV from here for several years now. Cars are clean and well maintained. Majority of times they have been prompt with the vehicle availability. Service has become more efficient with the new system. Staff has always been courteous.

I just don't like the initial upselling every time I rent a car from your organization.
