Great, friendly staff. Picked me up from the body shop and I was able to leave the vehicle at the body shop when I picked mine up. Easy peasy! Gave me a brand new vehicle - 600 miles on it!

The car was absolutely horrible! It smelled like smoke, windshield wipers needed changed, the brakes were going bad and the change oil light was on. Thankfully enterprise gave us a discount on the car but I was very disappointed that they even thought it was acceptable to give us the car in the first place. The district manager called us and said they don't alllw smoking in the car but the office manager said it's allowed.... great companies are on the same page.... I'll rent from national from now on!!!

I had an excellent experience with both renting the car and traveling in the car.  The only that needs to be improved is that it should not have taken a week to be refunded my deposit.  I understand why the deposit was necessary but it the refund should have been as soon as the car was returned.

I think his name is Drew. He was very good to me. Gave me an economical deal. I always prefer going there to take my next car.
