Thank you for the recent hire, the two guys I dealt with on check out and in were both great shame I didn’t get their names ! Hired before and will again, they clearly explain the procedures when you take the van so if you’ve lost lots of money like another reviewer below it will only be if you didn’t go for the £25 upgrade to reduce the excess down and if you damaged a vehicle as a result then yes the excess is high but they explained that all to me before so I knew what I had to do. I have recommended in the past and now I know I can buy more at the furniture auction and know I can get a van quickly and cheaply and with great customer service. The 71 plate transit I had was great clean and drove well so no problems here at all ! See you next time From Daniel Hack

My car has just been in to the garage to get fixed after being hit a couple of weeks ago and the service has been absolutely brilliant! The communication was outstanding and I actually really loved my courtesy car. I'm very happy and would have no worries if I was ever in this situation again. Thank you.

Hired a car for 4 days over a weekend. Car was as OK. Had to wait half an hour past my pickup time which had a knock-on effect to my journey time. The car was not as clean as I expected it to be when I collected it. Staff were polite, helpful & friendly. Would use again.

What fabulous service ! Every staff member is super friendly and so helpful. Our car was squeaky clean and looked almost brand new. Picking up and dropping off the car was easy. They even called a taxi for us when we dropped the car off. When it didn't arrive, they personally dropped us off at the station - you can't get better service than that. Best car rental business we have ever dealt with. Thumbs up for the Bexhill branch.

Brilliant all the way through. Easy to book, collect and drop off. Van was ready for me when I collected it, and I was there no more than 5 minutes when dropping off. Adam was fantastic on collection, and James likewise was when I dropped it back off. Seeing the other staff around the site while there, clearly they all have the same high standards. Don't look anywhere else.

Enterprise Car hire Bexhil have been absoloutely superb, Extremely efficient and very professional service. Nothing was too much trouble. Great service , I can't remember the name of the young man who served me but he was new . Very professional and helpful , I rented a car whilst mine was in garage took it back two days early . Full refund for days not used . No quibbles . Thanks guys

Good experience here, competent staff who appreciate it if you're polite and down to earth. Was well looked after and got a good deal albeit all car rental is expensive now, didn't pressure on add-on sales. Recommend to go in day or so before to make your booking rather than go online, much better experience. Got a good tour of the car, gave clear examples on the company rules and policies eg showed me what would be acceptable in terms of nicks and scratches etc. Very pleased with the service, Thomas took booking & Lydia handed over the car a couple of days later both were friendly and very professional, clearly know their stuff and made it an easy and efficient experience. 10/10 great job.

I needed a van to move about a dozen table tennis tables and associated bulky equipment from one venue in East Sussex to  four other locations. I used Enterprise Bexhill when another local providers van became unavailable. For a similar price to the first company, I had a Luton with a tail lift which was a great help. Van was clean, tidy and a good drive. Very personable team including Thomas and Lydia with easy collection and return. Slight problem with a sticking tail lift which we got the knack of. Van seemed to need an oil change soon which I advised at end of hire. It was especially useful to be able hire from 2pm on a weekday to the same time the following day to optimise the hours for our purposes.
