I had reserved a car for the weekend, and the reservation process online was easy. When I arrived to pick up the car, there were plenty to choose from and the quality and selection was very good. Additionally, the agents were very courteous. 
    However, when I selected a car, I was told it needed to be cleaned, and it would be done immediately. It wasn't and I waited an additional 20 minutes for it to be ready. The car was relatively clean to begin with, and I offered to take it as is. The agent said that their policy was to clean the car, and then release it to the customer. Shouldn't the rentals be cleaned when they are returned, not after they are selected? I asked if taking another was an option, but they all needed to be cleaned regardless of the make I selected.
   Overall, I was happy with the vehicle and the customer service. I would like to see the wait time improve though.

Very courteous and helpful. I needed a rental while my truck was being repaired. They picked me up at the Repair shop. Very nice experience.

Excellent customer service! I will absolutely be coming back to them if I need a rental again. Took a rental on vacation (free upgrade to a luxury car btw) and someone ended up running into the rear fender. I made sure to make a police report and because it was the other drivers fault I was told to not worry about the damage done. Cannot get over how pleasant and kind everyone was through that nerve wracking ordeal. You will not be disappointed with Enterprise staff!

Very pleasant staff. I would definitely rent again from this Enterprise. NOTE: the building smells as if there are a bunch of cats in there
