We have rented cars here many times and have had great experiences. Not once have we had a situation with our car been in an unaccepted mess, had pickup or drop off issues or had an issue with an employee. Over all been very impressed with their Enterprise location. Thanks and keep up the great work!

I reserved a vehicle 2 months out. Day of pick up they call me to tell me they have NO CARS. To give more detail, I am from out of town and reserved a vehicle 2 months early for a high profile individual. I spoke with the manager and even upgraded our vehicle. The day of pick up, we are in a taxi on our way to pick up our rental and get a call saying they have no vehicles.... I reserved it 2 months ago... how does this happen??? They had no solution whatsoever. This is the most unreliable car rental location I've ever experienced. As someone who travels regularly for work I would highly advise not giving any business to an establishment who care care less about the extreme inconvenience they put customers in. I purposely booked our stay near this enterprise location, to then have to spend over $100 in additional taxi rides to find a last minute rental.

So my experience isn't based from a customer, but as an employee. I am a detailer in Newark Ohio. Whether it is trucks, Van's, or cars there is always a variety to choose from. Another detailer and myself do our best to clean each vehicle as best as we can in a reasonable time frame. You would be shocked on how these vehicles look when we get them back. Dirt, dog hair, hay, rocks. And the difference after we clean them. Our inside staff are always friendly and try hard to fulfill your needs.  If I had a bad experience, I would be honest about it. Been working here for almost 2 months now. These are before and after shots.

My car was in the body shop and I needed a rental car. The insurance company put my claim in and enterprise called me and told me they did not have any vehicles available until Wednesday this is on a Monday. Funny thing was my grandpa had just returned his vehicle that day and I was with him to drive him home in my moms car  since I couldn’t get a rental. I asked them while I was there if they had any available and they said they had 4 sadans available. Now I was unable to rent one because I did not have my license with me even tho I did have a picture of it. But why would they lie over the phone and say they didn’t have any available until Wednesday? Doesn’t make much sense to me..

I would have in the past given a 5 Star review.  But must say I am very disappointed.  I rented a truck on December 21. Returning same evening. I inadvertently left my Grandsons glasses and 2 Gift Certificates that were Christmas gifts in the truck above sunvisers.  Called early next morning only to be told that truck was not there and detainers never found anything.  If you are detailing and can’t find that I question how good of a job are they doing unless it’s just that they had sticky fingers.

We are a young couple. Both under 25 so obviously can't rent a car. Have never done this before and dont have much experience other than through insurance one other time. We worked with Enterprise through insurace again this time. We were told it will be ready around 9:30 the next morning. We were never told it was a reservation.....never said we had to specifically pick it up at 9:30. We were under the impression a car is held until you pick it up...? Is that not correct so we know for the future?  We didn't receive a phone call @9:30 asking if they could give the car away. Yes the car pick up time misunderstanding may have been our fault. We will admit that, we don't rent cars often. But the biggest issue was the lady who was working @10:30 AM on December 2nd 2022....I just wanted to say there is no reason to be rude just because we simply didn't understand. Instead of having a sour attitude you could of helped us understand so this doesnt happen again. You shouldn't be working customer service if you can't talk to people without a rude tone. We were never told it's a reservation. How are we suppose to know unless we are told/taught that?! You being rude over the phone didn't solve the problem. It simply made you lose two customers.  Lady, I hope you have the day you deserve, because you were not helpful in anyway. :

The service we receive from the Enterprise location at 1776 N 21st St Newark Ohio was excellent.  Both Lucio Lombardo and Brett the manager went out of their way to accommodate us.  Thank you all!!

Our Chrysler Pacifica rental was great.  The folks at Enterprise on 21st St we’re awesome and ensured great rental experience; from ckg in to ckg out.

Kathy was wonderful and answer all my questions. From the pick up at the body shop to the drop off they were all great Nellie Hayes

This Enterprise, left a woman and her 5 children stranded for almost 24 hours!! They had no money for food, or anything. what they could scramble together they then had to use to get a hotel room and Enterprise left them ALONE! with no help at all DONT RECOMMEND! 0-STARS.
