I only have (2) concerns:

1. I was promised I would be charged a rate of $1.99 for the fuel when I returned the vehicle. I was charged a higher rate. They did not mention it when they brought me my receipt and dropped me off at the dealership.

2. The vehicle was a basic model. Needless to say it road very rough. I was glad I only had to use it for a week.

Yes, I will use their service in the future because they are they only rental place in my area.

They were super helpful in getting me the right rental car that I wanted. Really friendly, and super nice about it too.

Customer service was great.  The gentlemen were courteous and helpful; offering to explain further if necessary and eager to help with any extra requests or questions.  Wasn't entirely prepared for the $250 hold on my card for the car (weekend special = very good deal) but it actually made perfect sense considering I was driving off with a brand new car.  Would highly recommend this Enterprise location.

Reserve the car you want far in advance. Gives you a better chance, but typically this location won't have what you asked for when you go to pick up. Nice staff, very helpful. Usually a bit of a wait so get there early.

So I'm from out-of-state and since I don't have an Ohio state ID they've refused to rent me a car with just my debit card knowing that they can take a security deposit off my debit card worst company ever never will rent again from them and neither will any of my friends
