Had an appointment to pick up a car for 10am, lobby was filled with ppl there with reservations for 9am, no cars available

The rental served it's purpose and I really appreciated someone picking me up and taking me home when needed.  Thank you.

The car I rented looked great on the outside bit the inside was trashed..seats looked like someone spilled something on both the front seats. the smell of the car made me sick and gave me a headache after driving 2 hrs. had to put windows down to breath..not sure if it was smoke or someone died! Front desk staff was great!!!!

I had to get a rental after someone stole all my piping under my van. This was the easiest experience I have ever had. My rental was great and they extended my time at the insurance rate! Very satisfied.

I was in an accident, not faulted. So I was already stressed out. Enterprise made it super easy for me to come pick up a rental, fast check out, great service. I love the rental car, super clean.

I just want to say that Cody is great to work with!!! He does a great job and is super friendly and helpful. Would recommend a promotion for such a great worker

Horrible service, no one from this branch is available on Sunday. They gave me a car with a flat tire and want to charge me $55 to fix it. Also, the gas tank was half full and inside had not been cleaned! Total scam. Never using this enterprise again! Update: the tire they want to charge me $55 for I found out is used and defective. I rented a car for peace of mind while mine is in the shop. Now I have a rental car I can't use...

I love the way they handle the reservation. They are always welcoming, friendly and easy. They upgrade vehicles at lesser price. I am 100% beyond satisfied with their customer Service. Jack is fantastic in providing best rate. He takes care of customer very well. I travel a lot on business and approach Enterprise Elyria. He always give me the best vehicle considering my requirements. When I request a vehicle, he does his best to accommodate.  I personally love the people here and excellent customer service.

The car I rented was awesome! The customer service person was friendly, helpful, and quick! I've used this location about 2 times a year for the past 4 or 5 years, and I've never had an issue  :
