The worst experience I have ever had 
Alex the manager is a scammer , Kelly his rep is even worst by dealing with clients , charging ur credit card randomly left and right without the client knowledge and threatening the client 
That's how customer service is important for them , I would spread the word and make sure everyone is aware about the way they rip off their clients in case they still have a clients

They helped me out and worked directly with my insurance agency making it painless rental when i needed it. They also work with the Collision center so much that i was able to leave the car there and not worry about brining it back making it one less step and saving me time. Also like that they worked the account thru Email so there was no chasing down things. they make it easy to rent from.

The prices were little bit high. Other than that everything else was perfect. The treatment and I was allowed to return the car to the Hanover, MA although I picked it up from Norwood, MA. I also paid 3 days and I used only two days they refunded me the one day with no issues. Moreover Enterprise accepted debit card not like other companies where they only take credit.

Thomas Nowlan very bad service. 
I visit this office several time cuz I live in Norwood but he always give me hard time. Very very bad experience
