Hamilton is really helpful. The team always greets me with a smile. Any time I have a question or concerns it is more than addressed. Having rented at least 8 cars from a number of places in the last few months, this crew is the best.

Worst Customer Service I have ever had. First they gave me a car that didn't work then They were supposed to help with a claim going through the other operator claim number and they  didn't event record it/ enter it correctly. Then to top it off they told me they were supposed to charge me a certain amount for a deposit and then ended up charging me another larger amount because the claim number was not entered correctly on their end. They then told me I had to go through Corporate if I wanted to refund it. Corporate had no record and was less than helpful, go figure. They were so Rude and unprofessional. I would have rather gone through Enterprise. Not to mention their GPS in all their cars is so Obnoxious. Never going through Hertz again. The accident, I  was in I wasn't even at fault...Seriously when you are in an accident renting a car should be the least of your worries...nope not with Hertz they make your Life ten times harder. Such a Nightmare.

I use this location frequently. It's convenient and typically pretty quick to get in and out. I wasn't very happy with the choice of cars this past time as they had very limited options for the type of vehicles that were available for rent. I think I'll have to call ahead to confirm the exact model types before renting from them again. Taking a compact car for 7 hrs of driving is not my cup of tea.
