It was a long wait but everyone was very kind and helpful. I was expecting a different vehicle but the one I got was clean and I fell in love with it after driving it. The drop off was seamless they inspected it and I was pressed for time and they dropped me off at work. The best part is that it took no time for my refund for deposit to come back to my card! I would defiantly use them again! Great service!

Great customer service, decent pricing. On two separate occasions the vehicle I reserved was not available when I got there, forcing me to rent a different vehicle due to time constraints.

Terrible customer service and rude staff. Due to an accident, the insurance company booked a car for me through enterprise. I scheduled a 9:00 am drop off to the body shop on a Monday. Enterprise was supposed to pick me up at the body shop. I booked the rental car the Thursday before I was to drop off my car, but Monday morning about 30 minutes before my appointment (the day of the pick up), someone from Enterprise called and told me that they had no cars available. What in the world; how can you have no cars available?! They asked if I could wait until 12:00, so I said okay. They called and told the body shop that "I" had rescheduled, which was a flat out lie. The car they put me in had been HEAVILY smoked in, smelled like a bar, and had not been cleaned well AT ALL. The girl at the counter runs my card for the deposit. Why they are asking for a deposit from me, I have no idea, considering this is an insurance claim and the insurance is covering it! She never even explained to me what the deposit was for, even though I asked. She runs my card once for the deposit. She later asked if I wanted the damage protection. I said yes, because enterprise is notorious for claiming damage when you return a car to them and they file it on your insurance. She runs the card again for the damage protection ($94 for 5 days). After a few days in the car, me and both of my boys are all sick because we are all allergic to cigarette smoke. I did not know that I could call in and request to swap it out, or I would have. When I returned the car, they tell me I owe another $113.00 for the damage protection, since I kept the car longer than what I had originally paid for (the body shop had my car longer than expected). Okay, fine, I pay that. My deposit was not given back at that time, nor did they give me any sort of receipt or print out. Once I got home, I thought about the fact that the debit card I used to place the deposit had since been cancelled due to theft, so if they tried to put the deposit back on it, it may not go through. I called up to the N.18th Enterprise. Kenneth answered the phone (which was who checked me out upon return). He told me he would pull up my account and be right back. After holding over 10 minutes, he never returned to the call. I hung up and called back. This time, I got "Nicki". I told her the situation. She was very rude, not helpful, and has a very bad attitude. She told me (very rudely) that she had a customer and she would have to call me back later. Um, hello, am I not a customer too?! I gave her my number, but, of course, she never returned my call. Never again; there are too many other options to rent from around here. No longer will I (or my family) be using Enterprise on N. 18th! I still have not had my issue resolved, nor my questions answered, but, of course, they have their money, which is all they care about!
