Booked 2 vehicles a month in advance to take kids on a mission. The day of pick up I showed up to get the vehicles and they told me they did not have the vehicles I reserved. They had a big raggedy van and told me it better suited me. I told them it was very important didn't even try to help, sorry group of people

We started using Hertz last year when we realized they were right across the highway. They have always been professional and courteous. Our rental is always waiting right out front, we've never had to wait. I appreciate them very much.

Update: THEY GOT A NEW LOCATION!!!!!! They are tremendous. With a busy area with limited options we need more cars at this location...
I have to mention by name two of the best Customer Reps at any location I've ever met....TITUS MITCHELL AND Ms Destiny...absolutely the most attentive.

I think some of the earlier reviews were unfair. They offer insurance to cover everything. If you elect to use your own make sure it is sufficient enough...if you're under insured go with their insurance. And I don't have to elaborate on the first one I saw about the racist comments. Maybe your attitude reflects back. 
However, my family has renting from them for a very very long time. They are great, and customer service is awesome too. Treat them with decency and you can expect the same back. My father has had several big surgeries and wasn't in the area when he reserved the vehicles, they accommodated us by allowing him to pay over the phone. Even with the policy against it...we built over 20 years of rapport and they honor those customers. 
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I hope the corporate office sees this...this location deserves a better office building not a tin trailor, these workers deserve better, and their should be more on staff, they get swamped and I know it's hard for one or 2 to juggle everything. In addition, getting a better location WILL ABSOLUTELY bring more customers, having a shortage of cars is very common as well, and I've seen the girls get cursed out when they couldn't rent to people going one way because they needed the cars. 
Get a better location Mr. Owner, invest in expanding and making it better, enterprise os your only competitor and from experience I wouldn't choose them first. Their service is generic and distant.

Online it says I can rent a car for $88 for my one day trip, but not all prices were listed; therefore, I called to see if there happened to be any cheaper options. When I called, she told me that it would cost me over $450.
She said she guesses that it just must be cheaper online without even trying to figure out why or help me get the best deal. 
A $400 difference? that does not even make sense to me.
Now I'll be renting a car from Enterprise.
