I always have a great experience here! Customer service is always great! I normally go to Doc (the manager) for a rental, but they are all great. The rental process is always smooth, same with the return. They are always eager and willing to drop me off if needed also! I even call Doc when I want to rent from another location and he is always extremely helpful. They are all fantastic, extremely nice and professional people! It's so refreshing to know that your needs will be met and expectations will be exceeded each time you interact with someone. That is the case with this branch, they bend over backwards to help you in any way possible, no matter the situation. Their communication is flawless (outsider looking in). Working together to get everyone on their way. You can tell they love their job and take pride in what they do, which is somewhat rare nowadays. 

I highly recommend Enterprise Rent A Car location, they value customer service! 👍🏽

Have rented quite frequently from this location. They have great customer service and friendly staff that have always been helpful. My only
complaints have been that the cars have not been clean the last several times I have rented a car. There have been items left in the back seat pockets and other compartments as well. The car is always clean and washed on the outside but could use a good vacuum and cleaning on the inside.

Enterprise employees go above and beyond customer service expectations. During the time I loss my father they really were as some in my detentions and due to miscommunication previously they truly made up for dissappointments on my part. I've been very satisfied and will remain a loyal customer. Thank you My gratitude runs deep. Happy Holidays to all.

The staff at all Shreveport locations are wonderful and always helpful. It's the corporate level that needs to work on customer service. Especially the roadside division.
