Enterprise sent a driver to pick me up, and he had to look for me.  He did not leave until he found me.  I wish I could remember his name.  He was helpful and friendly.  When I arrived, Tate (Agent) was great.  He had me in a rental car quickly.  Great job Enterprise!  Thanks

Lisa at this enterprise location is amazing along with the other staff we dealt with. Super friendly customer service and very fast in and out service. Would definitely recommend this location.

Pretty good service. Employees are nice and understanding that your time is valuable. I use this place every 20 days and each time it’s simple easy in and out.

I had a wonderful experience with picking up and dropping off the car ... had to keep the car two days longer then I planned on but it was no problem called them and they made sure everything was straight out when I got there to drop the car back off ... I will be going back soon to rent a car

I have been renting vehicles from the Hammond for a few years now and I always had great experiences until the last 3 times I have rented from there, my vehicle used to be ready to go in the past as I schedule my rentals typically weeks in advanced but not on the last 3 occasions I have had to sit down and wait 20-30 minutes for my vehicle to be ready.  I would think with a week or more notice that vehicle would be ready to go.  Seems to be a lot of turnover also and that may contribute to this as there is only one person still there when I first started renting from this location.
