Great experience with Hertz. Friendly courteous service. Only 2 complaints: The name on my rental agreement was not mine. I did not notice until I returned the vehicle and took it out of the glove box. I gave it to the rep and when he tried to verify the name, it was not me. This was easily resolved since I had printed a copy of my itinerary earlier. The USB in the car would not charge my phone, which could have been an issue with my equipment. Having said that, my experience was great, nice car and good price. Will definitely rent again.

The office is huge and super clean,  the two guys that were there were very helpful and informative.

If you can help it, do not go there. They are cheaper than other places but the service is terrible, cars are crappy, and the radio doesn't work. It has static. You get what you pay for. This place is terrible

First,tried to call them because they are near the body shop i am using. The phone rang and rang, no answer. Called 1800 number and finally connected me. Talked to one of the 2 jerkoffs that work here.  He was supposed to call me when they located a truck. Never called me back. I had set up my rental for 10 am. 10:30 rolled around and no show. Called 1800 number because thats the only way to contact this location. Spoke to them and told them the situation, said they would be there to get me in a few minutes. 11:30 rolls around and someone finally showed. Considering the hertz is 2.4 miles from body shop, i would say somebody had their head up their ass. Drove me back to the hertz office without saying a single word. When we pull up in this p.o.s. that they arrived in, I asked if this was my rental. He finally spoke and said yes. No one obviously located a truck, because once again a head was up an ass. So i told them this will not do. I need a truck. So after sitti g in this place for 30 minutes they locate a truck in slidell. I was happy tp drive the p.o.s to slidell to pick it up. Theu had already wasted a day of my time with this b.s. so o was willing to pickup myself. Thwn i was told the truck needed an oil change, and i could pick it up tomorrow. Now i li4ve 40 miles from this place, so i guess they expexted me to come back the next day. I wasnt wasting anymore time here so i took this p.o.s home. Now im settong up a rental TRUCK from enterprise. Way to blow it hertz. Wont be back again. Idiots.
